Not Doing So Well




Today is my "get on the wagon" day. Last night I had cookies and milk and polished off the remainder of Ruffles. I do okay during the day...but come night I am a snacker. I crave both sweet and salty snacks.  I have to figure out a way to satisfy those cravings without eating or over eating in calories.  Maybe I could make some of the 94% fat free Kettle Corn I think even a 100 calorie bag should settle the cravings as well as the added benefit of fiber....I think I'll try that tonight if the munchies set in. Have a lemon or cucumber water handy too.  It is time to move on and get healthy...
