What I have eaten today....
Breakfast was coffee (2 cups) and a ham sandwich made with lean ham off the bone, 2 slices whole grain 45 cal slice bread and 2 teaspoons mayo and an orange.
Lunch I had guacamole made with a tad of lite sour cream, onion, garlic, a splash of lemon juice and spices and I used a 1 1/2 taco shells to scoop it up.
Supper was a made up casserole with Italian sausage, potatoes, zucchini, onion, garlic, tomatoes and cheese with whole corn.
Throughout the day I have has 2 cups herbal tea and 16 oz water.
Need to do better on fluids
