...This weekend we had a women's get together at church...so many yummies to choose from. I tried to eat as well as possible...but when it comes to food like this, it easily puts me in binge mode. Last night I went to my friend, Paula's house to welcome her middle child, Alec home from boot camp. Again, delicious food and fellowship. I think my issue is portions...I hate to throw food away and I find myself over eating, being a member of the "clean plate club". Also if something really tweaks my taste buds it can cause harsh cravings...
It is Monday...the beginning of the work week and I have used my elliptical for 33 min...burned 300 cals and have had an orange...
I am going to have a healthy breakfast and get on with my daily schedule....
